The Health & Happiness Hub is a core part of our work at With Nature in Mind, designed to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Rooted in the healing power of nature, our programmes combine mental and physical wellbeing practices with gentle, holistic learning—all delivered in safe, supportive community settings.
We believe wellbeing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why our programmes are carefully tailored to the needs of each group we work with, creating space for reflection, growth, and connection—both with nature and with each other.
Our Health & Happiness programmes typically run over 12 to 15 weeks, with weekly in-person sessions that explore themes such as:

We’ve successfully delivered programmes for a range of groups, particularly for people aged 50 and over, where participants often experience increased social connection, confidence, and improved emotional wellbeing.
